I have a loooooong way to go before I’m even close to getting married. However, I’ve always imagined my wedding outside…on a hilltop…overlooking mountains/hills in the background. (I’m sorry, I stole this picture from someone’s tumblr not long ago and I can’t remember who….forgive me. Give me a shoutout if it was you.) My mom and sister always question me as to why I want it outside and not in a church. To me, God’s creation IS my church. Whenever I am within His “artwork” I feel such a peace. A giddyness and fullness thats hard to describe. I feel free. I can breathe. Why wouldn’t I want to get married in it?
Needless to say this picture is my dream wedding thats causes me to be called a “hippy” (thanks Mama and MAC). Too bad this perfect location exists somewhere wayyyy up north. Like Conneticut. Go figure….
